Title: The Antichrist and False Prophet Revealed

Theme: The Rise and Rule of Satan’s Emissaries

Text: Revelation 13:1, 11

I. The Rise of the Antichrist (Revelation 13:1, 2a)

1.        He shall rise up out of the sea  

2.        He shall have seven heads [Seven previous beast kingdoms]

3.        He shall have ten horns [Kings] and upon his horns ten crowns

4.        He shall have upon his heads the name of blasphemy

5.        He shall be called the beast

6.        He shall be like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion

II. The Rule of the Antichrist(Revelation 13:2b-8, 16:13, 14, 17:3-13)

7.        He shall receive his power, seat [Throne] and great authority  [Right to rule] from the dragon [Satan]

8.        He shall have one of his heads wounded to death; and his deadly wound [Miraculously] healed

9.        He shall be wondered after by all the world

10.     He shall be worshipped by all the world just as the dragon [Satan]

11.     He shall be worshipped because of his apparent invincibility in warfare

12.     He shall have a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies

13.     He shall have power [Authority] given to him [by Satan] to continue forty and two months [3-1/2 years]

14.     He shall blaspheme the name of God, and His tabernacle, and them that dwell in  heaven

15.     He shall make war with the saints

16.     He shall overcome them

17.     He shall have [Worldwide] authority given him [by Satan] over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations

18.     He shall be worshipped by all that dwell upon the earth, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world

19.     He shall be the one of the sources of unclean spirits as they proceed out of his mouth during 6^th Vial Judgment for they are the spirits of devils, working miracles which go forth unto the kings of the earth of the whole world to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty [Armageddon]

20.     He is the scarlet colored beast upon whom the woman, Mystery Babylon [False religion/Romanism] sits     

21.     He was and is not and yet is

22.     He shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition

23.     He shall be wondered at by them that dwell upon the earth, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world

24.     He shall be the 8^th in the series of kings of which five are fallen, and one is [John’s day: Nero], and the other

        [Hitler, the 7^th] is not yet come; and when he comes he must continue a short space [Approximately 7 years]

25.     He [Antichrist] shall be given the power and strength of The Ten Kings for one hour [Brief period]

III. The Rise of the False Prophet (Revelation 13:11)

1.       He shall come up out of the earth

2.       He shall have two horns like a lamb

3.       He shall speak as a dragon

IV. The Rule of the False Prophet (Revelation 13:12-18, 16:13,14)

4.       He shall exercise all the power [Authority] of the first beast [Antichrist]

5.       He shall cause the earth and them that dwell therein to worship the first beast whose deadly wound was healed

6.       He shall do great wonders making fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men

7.       He shall deceive them that dwell on the earth by those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast

8.       He shall have an image of the beast made by them that dwell on the earth

9.       He shall have power to give life [Spirit/breath] unto the image of the beast that the image should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed

10. He shall cause all both small and great, rich and poor, free and  bond, to receive a mark in their right hand or in their    foreheads: that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his  name

11.  The number of the beast [Antichrist] is the number of a man which is 666

      12.  He shall also be one of the sources of unclean spirits as they proceed out of his mouth during the 6^th Vial Judgment   for they are the spirits of devils, working miracles which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty [Armageddon]

V. The Ruin of the Antichrist/False Prophet (Revelation 19:19, 20)

13.  The beast [Antichrist] was taken and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that worshipped his image        

      14.  These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone
